TalentFlow Solutions, an HR services company managing onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance for 30+ client organizations, was drowning in manual processes. Their HR coordinators spent over 40 hours per week on repetitive tasks that were error-prone and impossible to scale.
Every new hire required manual data entry across five different systems, paper-based approval workflows that took days, and compliance documentation that was tracked in spreadsheets. As TalentFlow grew, their manual processes became the bottleneck threatening the business.
We designed and implemented an end-to-end HR automation platform that eliminated manual data entry, replaced paper workflows with digital approvals, and centralized compliance tracking with automated audit trail generation.
Documented every HR workflow end-to-end, identified automation candidates, and calculated ROI for each process improvement.
Designed the integration architecture connecting Power Automate, SharePoint, and custom React applications via Azure Functions.
Built 500+ automation workflows covering onboarding, approvals, compliance, time-off, and performance management.
Conducted UAT with HR teams, refined workflows based on feedback, and led change management training across all client organizations.
